Meet the Makers.
With nearly 30 years of culinary experience, Chef and Owner Justin Thompson brings a fine-dining background and a passion for Kentucky ingredients to Local Feed. Having worked alongside acclaimed Kentucky chefs, Justin developed an approach that blends classic techniques with Southern traditions. His focus on scratch-made food, seasonal ingredients, and approachable dining continues to shape the Local Feed experience.
Behind the bar, Adam brings 30 years of experience and a decade of professional brewing to the team. He has a particular appreciation for classic cocktails, with bourbon and tequila topping his list of favorite spirits. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and a shared appreciation for good food, good drinks, and genuine hospitality.
